Michelle Trachtenberg’s career is going to pot.

The Gossip Girl rabble-rouser is joining Weeds for a two-episode stint as a low-life hashish-dealing rival to Nancy (Mary Louise Parker) and a love interest for Silas (Hunter Parrish).

Weeds‘ time-jumping seventh season kicks off tonight at 10/9c. The action picks up with Nancy — having just completed a three-year prison sentence for murder — looking to reboot her drug biz in the Big Apple.

Got to admit she’s gooooood. Not a series saver a la Heather Locklear, because the shows she goes on don’t need to be saved. They’re already okay. But she’s a closer in that she goes on, stirs up some real good trouble, is talented and makes it fun and then goes on her merry way. Smart.
