Casting News: Mary Steenburgen Joins Husband Ted Danson's Netflix Comedy, PLL Vet Is Elle Woods' Enemy And More

Netflix is keeping it in the family: Mary Steenburgen has been cast in Season 2 of A Man on the Inside, on which she'll share the screen with real-life husband Ted Danson.

The comedy series, which was renewed in December, follows Charles (Danson), a retired engineer and widower who gets a new lease on life when he answers an ad from a private investigator and becomes a mole in a secret investigation.

Steenburgen will play a former musician named Mona Margadoff, who "factors heavily in the case Charles is trying to solve" in Season 2, according to her official character description.

Production on the show's second season is scheduled to begin in April.
