Casting News: Legally Blonde Prequel Finds Elle's Dad, Tulsa King Adds 3 Regulars And More
Elle Woods now has a mom and a dad.
Tom Everett Scott has joined Prime Video's Legally Blonde prequel series, Elle, as the titular character's father, Wyatt, our sister site Variety reports. June Diane Raphael (Grace and Frankie) was recently cast as Elle's mom, Eva.
The forthcoming show stars Lexi Minetree (The Murdaugh Murders) as Elle Woods in high school and explores "the life experiences that shaped her into the iconic young woman we came to know and love in the first Legally Blonde film," reads the official synopsis.
Scott's TV credits include The Summer I Turned Pretty, I'm Sorry, 13 Reasons Why and Southland.
