Casting News: Suits Vet Visits Spinoff, Dark Matter Promotion And More
Another Suits vet is headed to the City of Angels.
David Costabile, who played co-founding law firm partner Daniel Hardman on the USA Network drama, will reprise his role on NBC's Suits LA, our sister site Variety reports. Details about his guest spot are not currently available.
Constabile is the third Suits vet to make his way to the spinoff: Gabriel Macht recently kicked off a three-episode arc as Harvey Specter, and Rick Hoffman will appear in an upcoming episode as Louis Litt.

* Apple TV+'s Dark Matter has promoted Amanda Brugel (aka Blair Caplan) to series regular for Season 2 and added Chris Diamantopoulos (Silicon Valley) in an undisclosed recurring role, our sister site Deadline reports.

* Greg Kinnear (Shining Vale) has boarded David E. Kelley's series-adaptation of the novel Margo's Got Money Troubles, starring Elle Fanning, Michelle Pfeiffer and Nicole Kidman, for Apple TV+, per Deadline. Kinnear will play the religious boyfriend of Pfeiffer's character.
* Maurice Compte (Narcos, Mayans MC), Danay Garcia (Fear the Walking Dead) and Cary Elwes (Stranger Things, the Saw movies) have been cast as series regulars in Ozark co-creator Bill Dubuque's South Florida-set crime thriller M.I.A. at Peacock, per Deadline.
* Precious Way (Queens, Days of Our Lives) and Jalyn Hall (All American) have joined NBC's untitled comedy pilot starring Tracy Morgan from 30 Rock team Tina Fey, Robert Carlock and Sam Means, Deadline reports.
