Casting News: Y&R Adds Roger Howarth, Hilary Duff's Hulu Return And More
The Young and the Restless is giving Roger Howarth another on-screen life to live.
The CBS soap has tapped the daytime vet for a story arc set to air later this year, TVLine has confirmed. He will begin taping in September, but details regarding his character and storyline have not been disclosed. (Deadline was the first to report the news.)
Howarth is perhaps best known for his turn as Todd Manning on ABC's One Life to Live (1993-2013), which earned him a Daytime Emmy for Outstanding Younger Leading Actor in a Drama Series in 1994. He went on to star as Paul Ryan in CBS' As the World Turns (2001-10), before taking over as Dr. Austin Gaitlin-Holt on ABC's General Hospital (2012-23).
