Emmys 2025 Poll: Who Should Win For Supporting Actress In A Limited Series?

One Adolescence standout is poised to make her Emmy debut a winning one in this year's race for best supporting actress in a limited series.

Erin Doherty earned her first career Emmy nod for playing child psychologist Briony in a memorable episode of the Netflix crime drama, and she's the runaway favorite to take home the Emmy when they're handed out on Sept. 14 on CBS. She has some competition from her own show, though: Christine Tremarco is also enjoying her first career nomination for playing Manda Miller, the mom of accused killer Jamie.

In fact, all six of this year's contenders are first-time Emmy nominees, including Deirdre O'Connell, who played Oz Cobb's addled mother Francis on HBO's The Penguin, and Ruth Negga, for playing Rusty's wife Barbara on Apple TV+'s Presumed Innocent. Rounding out the category are a pair of showbiz veterans: Jenny Slate, for playing best friend Nikki on Hulu's Dying for Sex; and Chloë Sevigny, for playing doomed mom Kitty on Netflix's Monsters: The Lyle and Erik Menendez Story.

So would your vote go to Doherty, as the oddsmakers predict? Or do you favor one of the other ladies instead? Vote for your favorite in the poll below, then hit the comments to defend your pick.
