Grey's Anatomy Teases A New Pairing: Are You Feeling It?

I called it even before there was an "it" to be called. After Grey's Anatomy's Jules expressed her keen interest in working with Winston back in Season 19, I suspected that the show was toying with the idea of pairing them as more than colleagues. "Never say never," showrunner Meg Marinis told TVLine way back when. "There are no limits to where we can go."

Flash-forward to Thursday's Season 21 episode, and not only is Winston mentoring Jules, but upon learning that he's not a fan of heights, she's dragging him up to the roof of the hospital to admire the view. And he's looking at her a little longer than one might a mere co-worker. And he's offering her his jacket when she gets chilly.

We can all see where this is going, right? The question is, are we happy with where it's going?

I love the idea of Winston and Jules getting together. After his divorce from Maggie and Millin's sudden loss of Mika, the singletons both deserve a joyful, healthy romance — at least for however long Grey's Anatomy allows it to remain that way.
