H. JON BENJAMIN (VOICE OF BOB BELCHER)

"The Hauntening"
Season 6, Episode 3
"I like most of the holiday episodes, but I really enjoyed the lengths the family went to scare Louise. It was borderline cruel, which is my favorite kind of cruel."

H. JON BENJAMIN (VOICE OF BOB BELCHER)

"Topsy"
Season 3, Episode 16
"This episode demonstrates just how well music works as part of the show, and taught a lot of kids that [Thomas] Edison electrocuted an elephant — even though that's apocryphal. I think he just helped film it."

H. JON BENJAMIN (VOICE OF BOB BELCHER)

"Crawl Space"
Season 1, Episode 2
"The first season holds a special place in my black heart. I always liked this story, which i think exemplifies the character of Bob's Burgers as a show. The story is a bit ridiculous but still believable. I like the idea of a guy who'd go to unreasonable lengths to avoid his in-laws, and a family that accepts those unreasonable lengths with a sense of joy and mischief. I think this episode really set the tone for a show about a family that never really gives in to despair and, despite everything, legitimately seems to enjoy each other."

LARRY MURPHY (VOICE OF TEDDY)

"Crawl Space"
Season 1, Episode 2
"It's pretty hard to choose just one Bob's episode. So many great ones. I have a soft spot for 'Crawl Space.' Besides being the first episode Teddy makes an appearance, it set a tone for Bob's Burgers that this wasn't going to be a run-of-the-mill animated family series. It's surreal, weird and sweetm and it hilariously references The Shining. You don't see that combo very much."

KRISTEN SCHAAL (VOICE OF LOUISE BELCHER)

"Ear-sy Ryder"
Season 3, Episode 1
"In this one, Louise's bunny hat gets stolen by the bratty teenager Logan, played by Kurt Braunohler. It was fun to get to act opposite my longtime comedy partner, and also to explore and tease the legend of Louise's perpetual bunny ears. What's under those ears?! Louise gets to swing from vulnerable to intense rage, and it's very satisfying."

DAN MINTZ (VOICE OF TINA BELCHER)

"Sliding Bobs"
Season 6, Episode 1 "This is the one where each of the kids tells a story about how things would be different if Bob met Linda but he didn't have a mustache. I love episodes like this, because they allow the show to go to crazy places without selling out the groundedness that makes the show great. An episode about robots and werewolves was really about fate and how couples become perfect for each other over time, as opposed to being destined for each other from the beginning. And also about robots and werewolves."
