THE LATEST | They ended up working the same case in NYC; she got fired for leaking CIA secrets to save an innocent woman.

SWOON! | After being separated by Kate's new job, the lovebirds solved crime together once more, albeit under stressful, interdepartmental circumstances. Still, we'll take 'em together however we can get 'em!

THE FORECAST | Sunny – Well, not so much for Kate's career (Lisa Edelstein's McCord, you nasty!), but certainly up for the duo since Kate's termination likely means a return to the Big Apple.

THE COUPLE | Bones' Booth and Brennan

THE LATEST | They finally defeated arch-nemesis Pelant; he proposed and she accepted (and he didn't take it back this time!).

SWOON! | Where to begin!? The "multiple orgasms" comment and their hot office kiss aside, we'd probably go with Brennan's so very Bonesian response to Booth's proposal: "If I say yes, will we get married?"

THE FORECAST | Blue skies, perfect for holy matrimony! Who else is more than ready to watch the couple make their partnership official?

THE COUPLE | Sleepy Hollow's Abbie and Ichabod

THE LATEST | Ichabod met part of his partner's family (the duo found Abbie's wayward sister, Jenny); Abbie and Ichabod learned some information important to their quest.

SWOON! | As Abbie broke into the cabin, Ichabod said "Imagine the delinquency we could perpetrate if we really put our minds to it" and then looks were exchanged – Ichabod Crane, you smooth devil-hunter, you.

THE FORECAST | Hazy. There's a lot going on here, and the show's only in its first few episodes, so we're not sure if it will pull the trigger and go full romance. (After all, Crane does still have a witchy wife trapped in another dimension.) But weeks more of this kind of courtly flirtation? Yeah, we'd be OK with that.

THE COUPLE | New Girl's Nick and Jess

THEIR WEEK | Schmidt tried his darnedest to break the one-month-old couple up; even though Nick and Jess engage in some... disturbing grown-up time (aye-aye, Captain!), the loft loves pulls through.

SWOON! | Just as it appeared that Schmidt's diabolical revenge plot worked, Nick finally expressed his feelings to Jess (and then, in typical Nick fashion, couldn't stop expressing his feelings – about everything).

THINGS ARE LOOKING... | Up! Although we're concerned about the longevity of a central couple in Season 2 of a potentially long-running series, Nick and Jess are going strong for now.

THE COUPLE | Saturday Night Live's Seth and Cecily

THE UPDATE | No, these "Weekend Update" co-hosts aren't actually dating – but they did have phenomenal chemistry behind the desk this week.

SWOON! | We loved the way the new co-anchors played off of each other during the "Government Shutdown Winners/Losers" segment – and the moment Seth tried to introduce Cecily to nervous Bar Mitzvah boy Jacob.

THE FORECAST | Bright! We haven't been this jazzed about Update since the Amy Poehler days.

THE COUPLE | Arrow's Oliver and Felicity

THE UPDATE | They fled from meeting-crashing hooded marauders; she showed him her Arrowcave improvements.

SWOON! | Although Felicity has made a number of changes in Oliver's HQ, she left the salmon ladder because she likes "watching [him] do that." And then there was when he valiantly rescued her from a land mine... and ended up on top of her, natch.

THE FORECAST | The sun's coming out! The duo is spending more time together, the chemistry is palpable and Felicity's portrayer Emily Bett Rickards is now a series regular.

THE COUPLE | Scandal's Olivia and Fitz

THE LATEST | She beseeched him to use his presidential power to extract Jake Ballard from the B613 "hole," but he let himself get stonewalled (at first).

OUCH! | Cue her tirade about why they'll never have "a house in Vermont."

THE FORECAST | Cloudy, especially now that ex-lover Jake is back in Olivia's life. (Thanks, Dad!)

THE COUPLE | Grey's Anatomy's Alex and Jo

THE UPDATE | Preoccupied with thoughts of an ER patient, Alex ditched Jo at the hospital's swanky fundraiser.

OUCH! | Later, after receiving the results of the paternity test Alex performed, Jo blurted out that the patient in question was his estranged dad — news that obviously wasn't her fault, but didn't make him happy, regardless.

THE FORECAST | Partly cloudy skies. With all the drama surrounding his dad's return, Alex will need Jo more than ever. The question is: Will the emotionally-stunted doc allow himself to accept that help?
