The Bear Star Jeremy Allen White Reveals What He Hopes To See Between Carmy And Claire In Season 3
The Bear's Jeremy Allen White just won his second Golden Globe for his lead role on Hulu's culinary dramedy — but his character Carmy isn't about to win any awards for being a great boyfriend.
Season 2 ended with chef Carmy locking himself in a walk-in fridge during his restaurant's big opening night, and he blamed the mistake on spending too much time with new love interest Claire... which Claire overheard, leading to her storming out. (Read our full finale recap here.) So can Carmy and Claire patch things up in Season 3?
White hopes that Carmy gets a chance to make things right, he told reporters in the Golden Globes press room on Sunday following his win: "I think Claire is so lovely and kind to Carmy. I think she deserves an apology, at the very least. So I hope there's some version of that when I read the scripts."
We know we'll get an answer either way, at least: The Bear was renewed for Season 3 in November, with filming expected to get underway later this year. (With reporting by Keisha Hatchett)
