Kimmel had a moment this year, to say the least. Since first addressing newborn son Billy's health scare back in May, the ABC host has consistently used his platform to speak out against efforts to repeal and replace the Affordable Care Act. In December, Billy made his late-night debut as Dad made a tearful plea to the nation's political leaders to renew funding for the Children's Health Insurance Program (CHIP), which at that point had gone more than 70 days without Congress' approval for additional funding.
