Not only are they already married, but Winnie the Bish is going to be a dad! Aly is pregnant with their first child.

Any update on Prank Sinatra's estranged pops?

Yes. Winston's father has been found — and he's being portrayed by none other than Curb Your Enthusiasm's J.B. Smoove! Papa Bishop will make his debut in May.  

How are Schmidt and Cece doing with the whole parenting thing?

As you'll recall, the happily married couple discovered they were pregnant in the Season 6 finale. Three years later, a mustached (!) Schmidt is now a stay-at-home dad to three-year old daughter Ruth.

If Nick and Jess are still an item, why is Russell back in the picture?

Fancyman isn't here to cause any trouble. Jess' onetime beau (again played by Dermot Mulroney) returns with a new career opportunity for the former school teacher.

Will Damon Wayans Jr. be back?

Yup! Coach — who last ran into his former loftmates during the crossover with Brooklyn Nine-Nine (remember that?!) — will return in Episode 4. 

Any other confirmed guest stars?

One Mississippi's Tig Notaro has been cast in an as-yet-unspecified role. Additional returning faces include Jamie Lee Curtis and Rob Reiner (as Jess' parents), David Walton (Sam), Nelson Franklin (Robby) and Sam Richardson (Dunston).

True! We'll pick up a little more than three years after the events of the Season 6 finale. 

When does it premiere?

New Girl's farewell season gets underway on Tuesday, April 10 at 9:30/8:30c on Fox. It'll air for six consecutive weeks, concluding with an hour-long series finale on Tuesday, May 15. We'll toast to that!
