Oscars 2022: Dune, CODA And Eyes Of Tammy Faye Are Big Winners

The 94th Academy Awards were handed out on Sunday night at Los Angeles' Dolby Theatre, in a ceremony airing on ABC and hosted by Amy Schumer, Wanda Sykes and Regina Hall.

The sci-fi spectacle Dune was the night's winningest flick, collecting a half dozen Oscars, for Cinematography and in other technical categories. CODA, which became the first streaming movie to be named Best Picture, followed with three total wins, including for supporting actor Troy Katsur.

The Eyes of Tammy Faye picked up a pair of wins, including for lead actress Jessica Chastain.

Last year, ABC's mid-pandemic presentation of the Oscars — which earned a grade of "D" from TVLine, and a rare average of "F" from our readers — averaged 10.4 million total viewers, down 56 percent from its 2020 audience to mark a brand-new all-time low. Will 2022 reverse that trend? Vote!

TVLine has denoted this year's winners in red below.
