As the seventh month of the year drew to a close, it delivered one last batch of memorable TV dialogue from broadcast, cable and streaming series alike.

This time around, we've got a public speaking problem for Perry Mason, two Yellowstone cowboys making a very bad decision, brutal honesty from a World of Dance judge and a confession on At Home With Amy Sedaris that's both hilarious and a little sad.
