The Voice: Season 20's Best Blinds
TVLine has evaluated the 40 Season 20 contestants on The Voice that inspired a Blind Audition chair turn from at least one of the coaches — and ranked the 10 best singers in order of excellence and likeliness to make it all the way to the finals.

7. Zania Alaké
Before pitching the R&B singer whose vocals put the "sweet" in her cover of Anita Baker's "Sweet Love," eventual pick John explained that he'd delayed hitting his button only to ensure that she could do the classic justice. And "my God," he exclaimed, "for you to be able to pull that off so effortlessly was magical." Sweet, indeed.

10. Ethan Lively
The deep-voiced 17-year-old's open-hearted, country-as-a-haystack rendition of George Strait's "You Look So Good in Love" only inspired coach Blake to swivel for him. But aw, shucks, that's OK. The disarming contestant that Kelly dubbed the "tender cowboy" wound up right where he belonged.

9. Savanna Woods
Team Kelly's rockin' globe-trotter could have gone so very wrong, taking at stab at the Cranberries' "Zombie" for her Blind. Instead, the two-chair turn knocked her coach dead. It was like "Patty Griffin and Nirvana had a baby," said Kelly, delighting in Savanna's "creepy kinda vibe."

2. Halley Greg
This former science teacher didn't just prove with her pitch-perfect performance of Nelly Furtado's "I'm Like a Bird" that she's a transcendent vocalist. Since she'd also crafted the intimate rearrangement, she let us — and coach Kelly — know that she was a prodigious musician as well.

4. Jose Figueroa Jr.
After Team Nick's snappiest dresser turned out a supremely mellifluous rendition of Billy Vera's "At This Moment," the only critique Kelly could think to offer was that he'd done too many runs. What she didn't say — but could've — was that he'd done them freaking beautifully.

6. Raine Stern
The 22-year-old multi-instrumentalist may have grown up feeling like a black sheep because she figured out early on that she's a lesbian, but viewers are likely to flock to her if she keeps kicking the kind of rasp that she did on her Blind rendition of MGMT's "Electric Feel."
the-voice-zae-romeo
3. Zae Romeo
Anyone who has a heart had to have ached listening to this four-chair turn's emotionally raw rendition of Harry Styles' "Falling." He was so present, so vulnerable — and his vocal so beautiful — the Team Nick contender reduced Kelly to flippin' hand gestures to describe what he'd done on his high notes.

1. Cam Anthony
So stunningly pure of voice is the Philly teenager that by the time he was finished slaying his cover of Sam Smith's "Lay Me Down," Blake was willing to promise that, if Cam joined his team, he wouldn't recruit anyone else in his lane. And if this doesn't tell you how awesome Cam was, nothing will: Blake even kept that promise!
the-voice-dana-monique
5. Dana Monique
As big and expressive as this 41-year-old cruise-ship singer's voice is, her "Freeway of Love" cover should've gotten more than two chair turns. (We're thinking twice as many.) Maybe the other pair of coaches couldn't guess what a lively, vibrant performance the Team Nick recruit was putting on. Their loss.
the-voice-victor-solomon
8. Victor Solomon
If it's an exaggeration to say that the college stepper has the making of not just a legend but a John Legend, at least we aren't the first ones to say it. The three-chair turn's eventual coach humbly admitted that "he was better than me!" after hearing Solomon cover his Oscar-winning "Glory."
