The White Lotus: Who's The Dead Body? We Take One Last Look At All The Possible Victims — Plus, Vote In Our Poll!

Heading into this Sunday's season finale of The White Lotus, we have plenty of questions we want to see answered, but one in particular is front and center in our minds: Who's not making it out alive?

Just like every season of the HBO dramedy, Season 3 opened with a flash-forward to a dead body. To refresh your memory: Belinda's son Zion was meditating with spa worker Amrita when he heard the sound of gunfire. Zion and Amrita took cover as other hotel guests ran for their lives, and as Zion waded through a knee-deep pool and prayed for his mom's safety, he saw an unidentified corpse float by. So we know at least one character dies in the finale — and maybe more? We did hear a bunch of gunshots, after all.

So who's the unlucky victim? All season long, we've been making our best guesses, and now we're ready to take one final survey of all of Season 3's key characters and judge how likely they are to bite the bullet (maybe literally) in the finale. Read on to see who we think is in real danger of leaving Thailand in a body bag, and we want to hear from you, too: Vote in our poll below to let us know who you think the dead body is.

Big Tim has been a prime candidate for death from the start, when he found out he was facing federal fraud charges back home. He's been moping around all season, and if Gaitok hadn't taken his gun back, he might've already taken his own life. But we know series creator Mike White likes to tweak our expectations. So despite the heavy implications in the trailer that he'll be blending up a poisoned smoothie, we're actually thinking Timothy makes it out alive — and maybe he even decides to stay in Thailand to avoid prosecution. (Hey, it worked for Greg.) 

Our favorite meme maker will be fine. Mike White wouldn't do that to us. (Not two years in a row, anyway, after killing off Tanya.)

He's safe. We're actually thinking it's more likely he manages to charm Chelsea into giving him a chance. She loves a fixer-upper!

She's also safe, we think. Her punishment is heading back home to North Carolina with her family after her dream of Buddhist bliss has been shattered.

We're betting "the little magician" will be OK... unless Timothy tries to blend up a poisoned smoothie and Lochlan drinks it accidentally. The irony! It'd be downright Shakespearean.

We're officially worried for this guy. He threatened and assaulted Sritala's husband Jim Hollinger (who probably had nothing to do with his father's death, and might actually be his father, for all we know). And now Rick is headed back to the hotel that Jim owns, where his trigger-happy bodyguards might seek revenge. He's right near the top of our death rankings at the moment.

With Rick in such serious peril, Chelsea is in trouble, too. What if Jim's bodyguards try to take out Rick and hit Chelsea instead? Her premonitions of impending doom might come true after all. 

She's fine. She'll blow off her friends and jet off back to the set of NCIS: New York or whatever fictional TV show she stars in.

Of the three friends, she might be in the most danger, only because Aleksei's insanely jealous ex saw her sneaking out his window and might come looking to finish the job. But in all likelihood, she's safe.

Kate is safe, too, we're thinking. She needs to get home to attend church with her Trump-loving friends... and maybe ask Dave some hard questions about what exactly happened with Jaclyn at Laurie's wedding.

Our girl has been scared for her life ever since she realized "Gary" is actually Tanya's murderous ex Greg — and she's not doing herself any favors not accepting his hush money. We have a hunch she'll live, though. If she was the dead body, wouldn't Zion have recognized her in the water?

Here he is: our number one suspect. Look again at the photo above of the dead body: It looks like a dark-haired person wearing a gray top. That would match Pornchai's hair and hotel uniform — and he did swear to protect Belinda if Greg ever came after her. We could see him heroically taking a bullet to save Belinda's skin.

She'll skate by, we're thinking. Unless Greg flies into a jealous rage about her sleeping with Lochlan. But then again, he might like that sort of thing?

Oh, we wish! But rich people rarely face consequences on this show, so as much as we would like to see Greg/Gary bite the dust, we think he'll be enjoying his gorgeous Thailand home for years to come.

She should be safe, we think, but her words may spell doom for someone else...

This guy is another prime candidate for death, we're afraid. Poor Gaitok is so eager to prove himself as a macho man, and now that he knows Valentin and his Russian pals were behind the hotel robbery, we fear he's going to try to show Mook he can tap into his killer instinct — and pay the ultimate price. Or he might shoot someone else by accident. Either way, he's definitely firing one of the gunshots we hear, right?

Along with his unsavory friends Aleksei and Vlad, he may end up dead (or at least fired) after Sritala catches wind of the robbery. We could see him feeling trapped once he's accused and trying to fight his way out.

He'll live to sing another day, we think. Mike White wouldn't kill off two hotel managers in three seasons.

She'll be well-protected by her bodyguards, so we're not worried about this diva facing the final curtain. But will she learn something shocking about her husband Jim? (Like that he fathered a child that grew up to be Rick, maybe?) There's more to that story, for sure — and we can't wait to find out the rest.
