American Idol: What Should The Top 9 Sing For 'Rock And Roll Hall Of Fame' Week?
It's "Rock and Roll Hall of Fame" Week on American Idol, which means we've got at least some slim hope that Wednesday night's performance show won't consist entirely of saccharine ballads. To that end, I've brainstormed my dream set list for the Top 9 — including uptempo tracks for Pia and Jacob, a tonal shift for Scotty, and something that will allow Casey to break out the upright bass. Check out my picks, then peruse an alphabetical listing of the entire Hall of Fame roster, head to the comments, and post your own song suggestions.

Pia Toscano: Prince's "I Wanna Be Your Lover" (I know, I know, she already called dibs on "River Deep Mountain High," but I can still dream of Disco Pia, okay?)
