TVLine Items: White Lotus Vet's One Day Trailer, Queer Eye Teaser And More
It's One Day again: Netflix has released a trailer for its limited-series adaptation of David Nicholls' book of the same name, which was previously adapted into the 2011 movie starring Anne Hathaway and Jim Sturgess.
The 14-episode, half-hour drama "tells the story of Emma Morley (played by I Hate Suzie's Ambika Mod) and Dexter Mayhew (The White Lotus' Leo Woodall) who, on 15th July 1988, the night of their graduation, speak for the very first time," reads the official synopsis. "The next morning, they go their separate ways but where will they be on this one ordinary day the next year, and the year after that, and every year that follows?"
Each installment "finds Dex and Em, one year older, on this one particular date, as they grow and change, move together and apart, experience joy and heartbreak."
One Day premieres with all 14 episodes on Thursday, Feb. 8.
