Rachel Sennott HBO Comedy I Love LA Drops First Trailer — Get Premiere Date

HBO on Wednesday released the first trailer for I Love LA, a new comedy series from creator and star Rachel Sennott (Bottoms, Shiva Baby). Premiering Sunday, Nov. 2 at 10:30 pm, the eight-episode season will roll out weekly, culminating in a Dec. 21 finale.

According to the official logline, the Gen Z comedy follows "an ambitious friend group" navigating life and love in — you guessed it — Los Angeles.

In addition to Sennott, who stars as Maia, the cast includes Jordan Firstman (Ms. Marvel) as Charlie, Josh Hutcherson (Future Man) as Dylan, Odessa A'zion (Grand Army) as Tallulah and True Whitaker (Godfather of Harlem) as Alani.

Season 1 guest stars include Leighton Meester (Gossip Girl), Moses Ingram (Obi-Wan Kenobi), Lauren Holt (Saturday Night Live), Elijah Wood (Yellowjackets), Josh Brener (Silicon Valley), Tim Baltz (The Righteous Gemstones), Froy Gutierrez (Cruel Summer), Colin Woodell (Pulse) and TikTok personality Quenlin Blackwell.

Sennott executive-produces alongside Emma Barrie, Aida Rodgers, Max Silvestri and Lorene Scafaria. Sennott, Scafaria, Bill Benz and Kevin Bray serve as directors.
