The Sex Education Chalet Is Up For Sale — And The Milburn Residence Doesn't Come Cheap!

Sex Education just ended and now Otis has to find a new place to live? When it rains, it pours!

The ornate house — whose exterior was used to represent the residence belonging to Otis (Asa Butterfield) and his mother Jean (Gillian Anderson) in the Netflix comedy — is situated in England's Symonds Yat East village, and is currently up for sale for a whopping £1.5 million (which equates to $1.8 million).

The estate boasts all of the normal amenities you'd expect in any single-family home — an old orchard within steps of the property, a balcony terrace, a conservatory dining room and a bespoke wood painted kitchen.

It's unlikely you have enough cash laying around to make such a purchase, but if you're a nosey Sex Education fan, below are some particulars about the recognizable woodsy chalet:

* It was built in 1912 for use as a salmon fishing lodge. (Fear not, we're told the smell has gone away!)

* There are more log-burning stoves than bathrooms — though expertise in using log-burning stoves is not required to purchase.

* There is a chapel that can be bought in addition the home — subject to separate negotiation, of course.

* According to the listing, "All the rooms have high ceilings and are well proportioned." (One should never purchase a Norwegian-style chalet with poor proportions, even if it was featured in a fan-favorite show.)
