The Bear Season 4 Trailer Reveals Fallout After Carmy And Syd Receive Damning Restaurant Review
Wondering what smells so good? Yep, The Bear is cooking up something new this summer.
Hulu's Emmy-winning culinary dramedy will return for Season 4 on Wednesday, June 25 at 8 pm ET — and all ten episodes will once again drop at once, as they have for the previous three seasons.
Season 4 finds Carmy and company "pushing forward, determined not only to survive, but also to take The Bear to the next level," per the official description. "With new challenges around every corner, the team must adapt, adjust and overcome. This season, the pursuit of excellence isn't just about getting better — it's about deciding what's worth holding on to." You can watch a newly released trailer above.
The Bear stars Jeremy Allen White as volatile chef Carmy, who took over his family's Chicago sandwich shop following his brother Michael's death and transformed it into a fine-dining restaurant. Ayo Edebiri co-stars as fellow chef Sydney; the supporting cast includes Ebon Moss-Bachrach, Abby Elliott, Lionel Boyce, Liza Colón-Zayas and Matty Matheson.
Debuting in 2022, The Bear quickly became a critical darling and award show favorite, winning the Emmy for best comedy series for its freshman season. (White, Edebiri, Moss-Bachrach and Colón-Zayas have all won acting Emmys as well.) Season 2 took home 11 Emmys — a record for a comedy series in one year — but lost the Emmy for best comedy series to Max's Hacks.
