NBC Orders Tracy Morgan/Daniel Radcliffe Comedy — See First Photo
Tracy Morgan is officially coming back to NBC... and he's bringing a wizard with him.
The network has handed a series order to The Fall and Rise of Reggie Dinkins, a new comedy starring Morgan and Harry Potter alum Daniel Radcliffe, TVLine has learned. The series, first announced in March, features Morgan as the titular Reggie Dinkins, "a disgraced former football player who is on a mission to rehabilitate his image," per the official description.
Radcliffe, meanwhile, plays Arthur Tobin, an award-winning filmmaker who moves into Reggie's mansion to film an immersive documentary about the former star running back. The cast also includes Living Single veteran Erika Alexander.
NBC has released a first-look photo from the new series as well; check it out here:

The project reunites Morgan with 30 Rock creator and co-star Tina Fey, who serves as an executive producer here. Fellow 30 Rock alums Robert Carlock and Sam Means co-wrote the pilot. Morgan played Tracy Jordan alongside Fey's Liz Lemon on 30 Rock, which ended a seven-season run on NBC in 2013.
Reggie Dinkins is slated to debut sometime next season; a premiere date has not yet been set.
