The Traitors Stars And EPs Promise 'Jaw-Dropping Moments To Come' In Season 2's Final Episodes
Peacock's addictive reality competition The Traitors has already given us plenty of thrills, chills and quotable moments in Season 2, but fans should brace themselves for some real shocks in the final three episodes.
"There are some jaw-dropping moments to come, definitely," executive producer Sam Rees-Jones tells TVLine, adding that "the game will go in different directions" and "the finale is brilliant." Even he and his fellow producers weren't prepared for the twists to come, he admits: "There are moments that we were open-mouthed watching it on location, so hopefully the audience will feel the same."
Thursday's episode changed the game yet again, with Parvati being banished and the lone remaining traitor Phaedra attempting to recruit Kate to join her as a traitor. (Read our full recap here.) TVLine spoke to Kate Chastain before this week's big reveal, but she did tell us that "there are shocking twists in who you're rooting for coming up" in the rest of Season 2. Plus, she reminded us that "it's Alan's castle," so "there's always a surprise around every corner." (We'll say!)
Speaking of host Alan Cumming, he gave us a very cryptic (and very damp) tease when we asked what we can expect from Season 2's final stretch: "There are more moments when people get wet. There's a lot of water. There's a lot of people worrying about their hair."
The Traitors airs Thursdays at 9/8c on Peacock, with the Season 2 finale slated for Mar. 7. Who do you think will take home the cash? Hit the comments to share all your thoughts and theories.
