Big Brother Recap: Double Eviction Night Sends Two More Players To Jury — Who Made The Final 5?
The saga of Vince and Morgan — who are definitely not boyfriend/girlfriend, you guys — just keeps on keeping on, whether we like it or not. (We don't.)
Big Brother's live double eviction episode begins with the aftermath of Vinny the Lip putting his ally Lauren on the block. Lauren tells Vince that she's done everything possible to make sure that she and Vince didn't touch the block. But, she says, every decision Vince has made made her game that much harder. He says he was forced to put her on the block. (Um, is that because you have no backbone?) Alas, Vince assures Lauren that Morgan and Ashley will not vote to evict her.
When Vince tells Morgan and Lauren that he wants to be in the Final 3 with both of them, Morgan takes umbrage. She did promise Vince that she'd keep Lauren, buuut she also wants Keanu to stay. Morgan confronts Vince about his implication that her vote might determine the future of their friendship outside the house. The conversation gets heated as Vince expresses regret for putting Lauren up in the first place. But hellooooo! Dude, the decision was yours. You put Lauren up on the block. Take some responsibility, man! Vince yells at Morgan for pushing him into a corner, while Lauren is outside the door crying. When Morgan finally leaves the HOH, Vince assures Lauren that she won't go home on his week. BUT YOU AREN'T VOTING THIS WEEK, VINCE. Sigh.
THE BB BLOCKBUSTER | For the comp that has waaay too long of a title, the players must search a container for power orbs and drop them into their containment tubes. The first to four wins safety from the vote. Lauren makes the comp look easy, sinking four balls before Keanu and Kelley can even sink their second.
VOTE NO. 1 | When the votes are cast, it's a tie. Vince then becomes the deciding vote and he opts to kick Kelley to the curb. On her way out, she absolutely dogs him, spilling the beans on all their plans, which included a Final 2, 3 and 4. But will she get to take her dead bug collection with her? The world may never know.
THE SECOND EVICTION | In the Head of Household competition, players must roll orbs up a ramp in an attempt to land them on the reactor at the top. The first person to land five orbs becomes the new HOH. The good news? The BB Blockbuster is kaput, so the HOH will only have to nominate two houseguests for eviction. Morgan absolutely smokes her competition, and when it comes time to make her nominations, she selects Keanu (boooo!) and Lauren.
In the veto competition, the Final 6 are shown seven images taken from video clips. Their task: Correctly identify where the Mastermind is. The person with the most correct points wins, but... is this the most obvious comp in the history of Big Brother? Is the Mastermind supposed to be... easy to find? (Poor Ava needs a pair of glasses, I'm afraid.) Morgan and Keanu end in a tie, but after Julie hits them with a tie-breaker question, Keanu secures the golden power of veto! He takes himself off the block and Morgan nominates Ava in his place. After the house votes, "bayou baddie" Lauren is evicted by a vote of 2-1.
