Doctor Odyssey Recap: John Stamos Gets Down To Chappell Roan During Gay Week — Plus, More Throuple-Ing?
John Stamos is cruising into Doctor Odyssey to the tune of Chappell Roan's "Hot to Go."
During Thursday's episode, Captain Massey's brother Craig (played by Full House alum Stamos) boards the boat for Gay Week, along with his two partners — bringing The Odyssey's official throuple tally up to two.
To show his brother a good time, Massey invites Craig's favorite drag queen, Marsha (aka the real-life Bob the Drag Queen), on board for a special, lip-syncing performance of Chappell Roan's "Hot to Go." Stamos' Craig joins in on the fun, mouthing the words to the pop hit — proving Uncle Jesse's still got it.(Have Mercy!) But things take a dark turn when Massey accuses his brother of breaking his sobriety. To make matters worse, Marsha goes from hot to go, to got to go, when her luscious blond wig catches on fire from a nearby candle and she's rushed to the infirmary.
Meanwhile, our main throuple unpacks their Episode 6 tryst. Max is sort of aloof about the whole thing, while Avery and Tristan admit they are both interested in feeding this three-headed beast. Max and Tristan go on to bicker for the rest of the episode, seemingly proving that they share unavoidable sexual chemistry. But Tristan ultimately sides with Max, deciding to give up the fruits of their three-way labor. Why? He's in love with Avery and can't bear the thought of "sharing" her. (Men, they ruin everything!)
Despite our disappointment in the throuple department, the episode ends on a positive note. The Odyssey brings new life into the world in the form of a now-bald Marsha, and a new baby. (Ah yes, a pregnant passenger mistakenly boarded the ship during Gay Week.)
Will all this new life aboard Doctor Odyssey reinvigorate our throuple? Or is there nothing more to be 'shipped here?
