The Chair Company Trailer: Tim Robinson Uncovers A Vast Criminal Conspiracy In New HBO Comedy — Watch

Tim Robinson's next comedy series is officially due this fall: The Chair Company, which was co-created by Robinson and Zach Kanin, will debut on HBO Sunday, Oct. 12 at 10/9c, TVLine has learned.

According to its official logline, a man (Robinson) finds himself investigating a far-reaching conspiracy after experiencing an embarrassing incident at work. The series will be comprised of eight episodes and will air weekly until its season finale on Sunday, Nov. 30. In addition to Robinson, whose character is named William Ronald Trosper, series regulars include Lake Bell (Childrens Hospital) as Barb Trosper, Sophia Lillis (Sharp Objects, IT) as Natalie Trosper, Will Price (Goosebumps) as Seth Trosper, and Joseph Tudisco (Law & Order) as Mike Santini. Lou Diamond Phillips (Prodigal Son) recurs as Jeff Levjman.  

The Chair Company is executive-produced by Robinson and Kanin, in addition to Adam McKay, Todd Schulman, Andrew DeYoung and Igor Srubshchik. DeYoung and Aaron Schimberg serve as directors on the series. 

Also on deck at HBO is I Love LA from creator and star Rachel Sennott (Bottoms, Shiva Baby). That series will premiere Sunday, Nov. 2 at 10:30 pm with the first of eight episodes.
