Casting News: Acorn TV Sets Dr. Quinn, Medicine Woman Reunion, Keith Carradine On High Potential And More
Dr. Quinn and Byron Sully forever! Joe Lando, who starred opposite Jane Seymour on Dr. Quinn, Medicine Woman for six seasons, is reuniting with his former TV love interest in the fifth season of Acorn TV's Harry Wild, TVLine has learned.
The mystery series, which reentered production this week in Dublin, Ireland, stars Seymour as literature professor-turned-murder investigator Harry Wild. Lando will play Pierce Kennedy, the new State Pathologist who's described as a "charming and handsome natural ally for Harry."
Harry Wild returns for Season 5 sometime in 2026. Acorn TV's official logline promises Harry's "most sensational and thrilling ride yet, including murder mysteries in the world of whiskey-making, theatre and musical-tattoos, not to mention a gang of middle-aged lady burglars and a murder close to home."
