Casting News: Dafne Keen Joins Percy Jackson Season 3, The Comeback Adds 4 And More
Breaking news from Mount Olympus: Dafne Keen (Deadpool and Wolverine, The Acolyte) and Saara Chaudry (The Muppets Mayhem) are joining the third season of Disney+'s Percy Jackson and the Olympians in recurring roles.
Keen will play Artemis, Greek goddess of the moon and the hunt, while Chaudry will portray immortal hunter Zoë Nightshade, who serves as Artemis' lieutenant. See the official announcement below:
Production on the show's third season, which will chronicle the events of Rick Riordan's The Titan's Curse, is currently underway in Vancouver.
In other casting news...
* Tim Bagley (Somebody Somewhere), Matt Cook (Man with a Plan), Jack O'Brien (Becoming Mike Nichols), and Ella Stiller (And Just Like That...) have all joined the cast of HBO's The Comeback for its recently-announced third season, Deadline reports. While no character details were released, Bagley and Cook had small roles in The Comeback's second season, and it's possible they will be reprising those roles. They join previously announced cast members Lisa Kudrow, Dan Bucatinsky, Laura Silverman and Damian Young.
* All Creatures Great and Small Season 6 cast additions include Lucy-Jo Hudson (Hollyoaks), Gaia Wise (The Chelsea Detective), Jonathan Hyde (The Strain), Philip Martin Brown (Casualty) and Chris Gascoyne (Coronation Street). Though a specific date has not been announced, the sixth season of Masterpiece's veterinary drama is expected to premiere sometime in 2026.
