CHRIS WOOD (5 shows)

Before he was wooing the cape off of Kara Danvers via Supergirl and The Flash, Wood was either busy saving people (Containment), killing people (The Vampire Diaries), or playing a major role in their sexual awakening (The Carrie Diaries). Either way, he's been around for a bit.

KATIE CASSIDY (7 shows)

Which brings us to Cassidy, the (mostly) undisputed queen of The CW. In addition to three DC series — Arrow, The Flash and Legends of Tomorrow — she also held down huge roles on Melrose Place, Gossip Girl and Supernatural.

(And, yes, we're counting her episode of Whose Line Is It Anyway?)

NICK ZANO (5 shows)

Before going all Blue Steel™ on DC's Legends of Tomorrow and Arrow, Zano showed off his soaper side on 90210, Melrose Place and 7th Heaven.

PEYTON LIST (5 shows)

She hasn't always had the best luck in the renewal department (R.I.P., Frequency and The Tomorrow People!), but List will always have a home on other CW shows. Her resume also includes roles on The Flash, 90210 and Smallville.

JASON DOHRING (7 shows)

Dohring may tie Cassidy in terms of CW roles, but the fact that he managed to reach that number without dipping his toe in the DC superhero pond is a remarkable feat indeed. Currently wreaking glorious havoc on iZombie, Dohring's CW past includes appearances on The Originals, The Messengers, The Tomorrow People, Ringer, Supernatural and, of course, Veronica Mars.

GRANT GUSTIN (5 shows)

I promise this is the cheapest (i.e. least fair) entry in our gallery. Gustin has the distinct honor of being the first person on this list to have had a role on all four of The CW's Arrowverse shows — Arrow, The Flash, Legends of Tomorrow and Supergirl — all of which were preceded by his stint on 90210.

ERICA CERRA (5 shows)

Long before raising hell on The 100, Cerra made a name for herself with appearances on iZombie, Supernatural, Smallville and Reaper. (Guys, remember Reaper?!)

COLIN LAWRENCE (6 shows)

Before calling the shots as Riverdale's Coach Clayton, Lawrence was stirring up trouble on Supernatural, iZombie, The 100, Arrow and Smallville.

Best known for playing Supernatural's Benny and The 100's Nyko, Olsson has also appeared on The Tomorrow People, Beauty and the Beast, Smallville, iZombie and Arrow.

TAHMOH PENIKETT (6 shows)

You may know him best as Smallville's Wes or Supernatural's Gadreel, but Penikett has also graced the likes of Reign, Arrow, Beauty and the Beast and Star-Crossed.

AARON DOUGLAS (6 shows)

Best known for playing Hellcats' Bill Marsh, Douglas has also appeared on Reaper, Smallville, The Flash, Supernatural and iZombie.

REKHA SHARMA (6 shows)
