With Stargirl's Season 3 finale being this close, is there going to be time for Cameron to find out what happened to his friend and art teach, Mr. Paul Deisinger? –Gonzalo

You will be happy to know that word of Mr. Deisinger's worrisome fate will have spread to the community as this Wednesday's episode opens, and the beloved teacher will get his due.

Got any scoop yet on New Amsterdam's series finale? –Tammy

"There are a lot of twists and turns in the finale... a lot of reveals and reversals. You're not going to know where it lands until the very final moment of the episode," showrunner David Schulner teases. Meanwhile, cast member Jocko Sims (aka Dr. Floyd Reynolds) hadn't read the finale script yet when we talked to him, but he had heard about some things that were in store. "You will get to learn a lot more about the characters, so I hear, from their past. Why they are who they are," he shared, adding that the ending is "very hopeful and continues the mantra, 'How can I help?' for another few generations to come."

I loved Leighton and Alicia on Sex Lives of College Girls. Any chance Alicia will be back in Season 2? –Sammy

Although Midori Francis is now a series regular on Grey's Anatomy, Sex Lives showrunner Justin Noble tells TVLine, "Midori does appear in this season as Alicia." Adds Reneé Rapp, who plays Leighton: "What I can say is it is very nice for Leighton and Alicia to be seen together again in whatever capacity that may be... Leighton has made such personal progress, and not to please Alicia, and I like that. She didn't come out because Alicia told her to come out. So then to see them come back together, I'm sure Alicia is also like, 'Holy s–t, she's really grown,' and Leighton's probably also like, 'Holy s–t, I've really grown.'"

Any spoilers for The Cleaning Lady? –Laura

Season 2 has already delivered the deaths of Marco, Hayak and Maya — and it sounds like the body count could go up during the two-episode sophomore finale (airing Dec. 12). "It's going to surprise a lot of people," co-showrunner Melissa Carter says of the season ender. "In this world, no one is safe. Nothing is safe. No relationships are safe."

Will Stargirl's Courtney ever get to the point of calling Pat "Dad"? –Ivan

I am so glad I held onto this question of yours, Ivan, because I can now report that you should get some satisfaction on this front by the series finale.

Titans 4x05Anything you can share about Dick and Kory in Titans Episode 6? –Marie

Let's just say that a difficult conversation surely lies ahead, given that in this Thursday's episode, Kory will learn that Dick once had (yet said nothing about!) a vision of the future identical to hers, "little girl with a red balloon" and all.

Do you have any idea why Planet Sex With Cara Delevingne didn't go up on Hulu? –T.Z.

Apparently the docuseries' latest, Nov. 29 premiere date was quietly scrubbed a short while ago, and Planet Sex is now anticipating a 2023... release.

Lina Esco Leaving SWATAny word on whether Lina Esco will make some cameo appearances on S.W.A.T. this season, to keep #Stris alive? –Rhonda

No on-screen return has been booked as of yet, but you know I'm keeping my ears open!

Have you heard any word about the statuses of Nickelodeon's It's Pony and Middlemost Post? The show's creators [Ant Blades and John Trabbic III] said on Twitter that they were not picked up for another season. –-Jordan

Officially, a network rep tells Inside Line, "Decisions about Season 3 pickups have not been made at this time."

I've enjoyed the FBI character played by Shantel VanSanten. Will she be returning to the show, or was she written off? –Mike

As TVLine reported at the time that an expectant Nina decided to switch over to the white collar crime division, VanSanten will continue to recur. She next appears in the Dec. 13 episode, when Nina comes to Scola with a proposal he is hesitant to accept.

Are there plans for Arielle Kebbel's Lucy to return to 9-1-1 this season? –Craig

"I'm not sure yet," EP Kristen Reidel says of the possible comeback. "We're still planning the back half of the season (premiering in Spring 2023), so there are some question marks about space and real estate and what the stories are going to be. We're still figuring that out."

Any word on FX's Retreat, or AMC's Dark Winds Season 2 and Invitation to a Bonfire? –Marie

I asked around, as I do, and there is nothing to report yet on Retreat (which stars Emma Corrin in a Knives Out-like mystery), while Dark Winds Season 2 and the Tatiana Maslany-led Invitation to a Bonfire are both in production, premiere dates TBD.

Any Inside Line on Criminal Minds: Evolution? –Bev

Aisha Tyler, who of course plays Tara, directed Episode 7 (of 10), which she described for me as being "very intense, a very high-horror" episode. "We've got some classic horror elements and motifs that I tried to honor, but also some big emotion," she said. "We were sprinting because we had so much story to tell, but I loved directing my family on this one."

I would like scoops on DC's Stargirl, if you have any. –Marcus

This week's episode — the next-to-last of the series! — has a chilling cold open set in a time period you probably aren't expecting, and concludes on an even more chilling (and yet pretty damn brilliant) note.

Gossip Girl HelenaI've been patiently waiting for more Lyne Renée on my TV since Motherland: Fort Salem's untimely demise. Do you know how much Helena Bergmann we can expect to see in Gossip Girl Season 2? –Becky

Obie's mother would be flattered to hear that you're asking about her. Heck, she'd smile with teeth if she knew how. Anyway, the matriarch of the Bergmann empire makes her triumphant return midway through the HBO Max drama's upcoming second season — although "triumphant" might not be the best word, as there's little to celebrate upon her arrival. In fact, this might be one of the most awkward mother-son reunions that Gossip Girl has given us yet. (Spoiler alert: Helena isn't thrilled with her son's recent behavior when they eventually come face to face.)

Any idea when we can expect the second seasons of Blindspotting and Run the World? –Evan

I hear that Blindspotting is on track for a 2023 return; nothing to report on the latter.
