The Masked Singer Crowns A Country Queen In Grand Finale — Plus, Every Season 13 Celebrity Revealed!
Four unidentified celebrities remained atop Wednesday's two-hour finale of The Masked Singer. By the end of the night, all four would be unmasked — and one would be left holding the coveted Golden Mask Trophy.
If you've been keeping up with TVLine's coverage all season, you already know that I've had these stars figured out for quite a while, so this finale was pretty much just an opportunity to pat myself on the back for two hours as each contestant was revealed to be... exactly who I thought they'd be.
The final showdown began with one last four-way face-off: Pearl rocked the heck out of KT Tunstall's "Black Horse and the Cherry Tree," Coral took us (even further) back in time with a haunting cover of Audrey Hepburn's "Moon River," Boogie Woogie brought the mood back up with George Michael's "Freedom! '90," and Mad Scientist Monster wrapped things up with Sugarland's "Stay."
Ironically, "Stay" is the exact opposite of what Mad Scientist Monster was about to do. The furry frontrunner was shockingly eliminated first, revealing himself to be (less shockingly) Brian Kelley of Florida Georgia Line.
Coral was the next to go, finishing in third place and revealing herself to be Meg Donnelly, star of ABC's American Housewife and Disney Channel's Zombies franchise.
This left Pearl and Boogie Woogie to battle it out for supremacy, both of whom went for romance and drama in their final performances. Boogie Woogie went first with Lewis Capaldi's "Love the Hell Out of You," followed by Pearl with a stunning take on The Pretenders' "I'll Stand By You."
Then came the moment of truth: the winner of The Masked Singer Season 13 is... Pearl! But before her long-awaited unmasking, the identity of runner-up Boogie Woogie was revealed to be singer Andy Grammer. As for Pearl, that little beauty is none other than country superstar Gretchen Wilson.
It was also confirmed during the finale that The Masked Singer is taking some time off; instead of returning for another round this fall, Fox is delaying the premiere of Season 14 until January 2026.
Do you agree that Pearl deserved to win the Golden Mask Trophy? And were you surprised by any of the final four reveals? Read on for a breakdown of every celebrity unmasked in Season 13, then drop a comment with your thoughts on the results.
Ant Is... Aubrey O'Day!
Our money was on Kesha being the Ant, but we were wrong — and we actually feel pretty foolish for not guessing this one. Ant made it all the way to the Group A Finals, ultimately placing third and revealing herself to be former Danity Kane songstress Aubrey O'Day. (In our defense, the music industry has been cruel to many women.)
Bat Is... Scheana Shay!
Bat flew into the Masked Singer studio as part of Group B, only to be eliminated in the premiere and revealed to be Vanderpump Rules star Scheana Shay.
Boogie Woogie Is... Andy Grammer!
Always a good time, Boogie Woogie managed to dance his way to second place, where he was revealed to be... singer Andy Grammer.
Cherry Blossom Is... Candace Cameron Bure!
I've seen more episodes of Full (and Fuller) House than I care to admit, so I immediately recognized Candace Cameron Bure as the celebrity bringing Cherry Blossom to life, as confirmed at the end of the Group C premiere.
Coral Is... Meg Donnelly!
It should come as no surprise that this beautiful voice from beneath the sea belonged to a Disney Channel princess. Coral finished the season in third place, revealing herself to be... Zombies star Meg Donnelly.
Fuzzy Peas Is... Oscar De La Hoya!
This was the first Season 13 contestant we figured out, so we were sad to see him eliminated in Episode 2 — but also thrilled that we were right! Fuzzy Peas was revealed on Shrek Night to be professional boxer Oscar De La Hoya.
Griffin Is... James Van Der Beek!
Griffin fought valiantly, making it all the way to the Group B finals — but that's when he was unmasked, revealing himself to be... Dawson's Creek star James Van Der Beek.
Honey Pot Is... Cedric the Entertainer!
Oh, honey! The Masked Singer's Season 13 premiere revealed Honey Pot to be none other than Cedric the Entertainer — which is ironic, considering we were (briefly) convinced that Cedric and his fellow Kings of Comedy were last season's Buffalos. Hey, maybe The Neighborhood star saw our guesses and became inspired to compete! It wouldn't be the first time we've influenced TV.
Lucky Duck Is... Taika Waititi!
After dishing out clues all season long, Lucky Duck got his time in the spotlight during the Season 13 semifinals, revealing himself to be... actor and filmmaker Taika Waititi (aka Rita Ora's husband)!
Mad Scientist Monster Is... Brian Kelley!
Mad Scientist Monster made it all the way to the grand finale, where he was the first to be eliminated, revealing himself to be... Florida Georgia Line rocker Brian Kelley.
Nessy Is… Edwin McCain!
Nessy lived up to his namesake, remaining a myth until he was finally unmasked in Episode 11, revealing himself to be... Edwin McCain!
Paparazzo Is... Matthew Lawrence!
This talented shutterbug nearly made it to the quarterfinals, only to be edged out by the other members of the Lucky Six. He was eliminated in Episode 10, revealing himself to be... Boy Meets World star Matthew Lawrence.
Pearl Is... Gretchen Wilson!
Ladies and gentlemen, the winner of Season 13... Gretchen Wilson!
Space Ranger Is... Flavor Flav!
Space Ranger managed to survive until the Group B semifinals, but he was eventually revealed to be... hip-hop legend and reality star supreme Flavor Flav. Yeeeeeeeah boiiiii!
Stud Muffin Is... Method Man!
Stud Muffin made it all the way to Boy Band night, where he was eliminated and revealed to be... Method Man!
Yorkie Is... Erika Jayne!
Yorkie stuck it out until the Group C finals, where she was ultimately revealed to be The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Erika Jayne.
