The Hunting Wives Renewed For Season 2 At Netflix
Netflix isn't divorcing The Hunting Wives any time soon. The streamer has renewed the Texas-set soap for Season 2, TVLine has learned.
The renewal was announced Friday by series stars Brittany Snow and Malin Åkerman, as seen in the following video:

The Hunting Wives tells the story of Sophie O'Neil (played by Snow) and her family's move from the East Coast to deep East Texas, where she succumbs to socialite Margo Banks' (Åkerman) irresistible charms — and in turn finds her life consumed by obsession, seduction... and murder.
Per Tudum, the Season 2 cast will feature returning stars Snow, Åkerman, Dermot Mulroney (Jed Banks), Jaime Ray Newman (Callie), Evan Jonigkeit (Graham) and George Ferrier (Brad). And here's the official logline: "Sophie and Margo are on the outs. But soon enough, old secrets and new foes force them back together. As they play their dangerous games, the question arises: Are they the hunters or the hunted?"
The Hunting Wives is an adaptation of May Cobb's 2021 novel of the same name. It was ordered to series by Starz in October 2023, but was ultimately sold off to Netflix earlier this year. Following its July 21 release, the show spent five weeks in the service's Top 10.
