Tulsa King Renewed For Season 4 At Paramount+
Tulsa King's got it made, man.
Taylor Sheridan's mafia drama has been renewed for Season 4 at Paramount+, TVLine has learned.
The news comes ahead of the series' Season 3 premiere, which is slated for Sunday, Sept. 21. The forthcoming episodes will see Sylvester Stallone's Dwight come face-to-face with "the tyrant of Tulsa," aka Jeremiah Dunmire, a powerful local adversary played by Robert Patrick (1923). "In Season 3," the official synopsis reads, "as Dwight's empire expands, so do his enemies – and the risks to his crew. Now, he faces his most dangerous adversaries in Tulsa yet: the Dunmires, a powerful old-money family that doesn't play by old-world rules, forcing Dwight to fight for everything he's built and protect his family."
The series follows Dwight "The General" Manfredi, a gangster formerly of New York and now running a weed-and-then-some empire in Oklahoma. At the end of the Season 2 finale (read recap), armed men rousted Dwight and his girlfriend, Margaret (played by Dana Delany) from their sleep and took Dwight to an undisclosed location. A trailer for Season 3 (watch here) indicates that the kidnappers were federal agents, led by Special Agent Musso (new cast member Kevin Pollak, The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel). "I own you," Musso tells Dwight in the sneak peek, "General."
