America's Got Talent Season 20 Resumes With 'Unreal' Comeback Audition (Exclusive Sneak Peek)
After taking a week off to reminisce about the best Golden Buzzer winners of all time, America's Got Talent resumes Season 20 on Tuesday (NBC, 8/7c) for the final weeks of auditions — and TVLine has an exclusive first look at one of the night's biggest acts.
Unreal, a dance crew from India that previously competed in AGT Season 17, is coming back to earn the judges' favor; though they got three yeses the first time they auditioned, they weren't among the 55 acts selected by the judges to compete in the live episodes.
Second chances are pretty common on AGT, which loves a good comeback story, and never more so than in its milestone 20th season. The show recently welcomed back an all-grown-up Jessica Sanchez, a finalist from all the way back in Season 1, and celebrated her return with a well-deserved Golden Buzzer. AGT also gave another shot to Austin Brown, whose initial audition earlier this season didn't quite meet Simon Cowell's high expectations; he returned on July 8, earning the four yeses he always hoped for.
With only a handful of auditions remaining, the Season 20 semifinals are already in sight, with AGT slated to finally crown a winner on Wednesday, Sept. 17.
