Doctor Odyssey: DILF Down! Did [Spoiler] Survive His Medical Emergency?

Mayday! We've got a Doctor Odyssey DILF emergency!

Thursday's episode sees the ship celebrating Spring Break as a group of unruly young women, who call themselves "The Vixens," hit the high seas in search for a little vernal lovin'. They quickly set their sights on Max, dubbing him a DILF (a "doctor I'd like to f–k," that is).

Rather than reject their advances, Max performs the middle-aged male mating call: jogging in a pair of grey sweatpants with no underwear. He even plays along when the women invite him to their cabin for an impromptu medical assessment.

While he playfully evaluates the group, Vixen Nessa (played by guest star Paris Jackson) collapses after snorting some substance in the bathroom. Max performs a brief assessment and can only deduce she has taken something — but what? The other women refuse to tell, so he tries to resuscitate Nessa with mouth-to-mouth.

But only moments after beginning CPR, Max also collapses. When Avery and Tristan arrive on the scene, they deduce that Nessa must have overdosed on fentanyl which was then transferred to Max during CPR.

The nurses administer Narcan to both victims, but Max takes a while to stir — and for a moment it seems this man may be going down before his ship! Finally, the doctor gains consciousness and recovers with a little rest.

Elsewhere, Tristan admits he has a drinking problem and Avery still has nothing to offer in terms of her pregnancy storyline. (But perhaps that's the point?)
