Vice President Kamala Harris will deliver remarks during the live, three-hour concert event, featuring performances by Charlie Wilson, Miguel, Kirk Franklin, Nelly, SWV, Davido, Coi Leray, Jodeci and Mike Phillips; Van Jones, Sara Sidner and Stephanie Elam host; a CNN pre-show airs at 7 pm, followed by an OWN post-show at 11 pm.
