Tulsa King Renewed For Season 5 At Paramount+, Scarlet Rose Stallone And An ER Alum Among New Series Regulars

Dwight "The General" Manfredi continues to dominate in Oklahoma: "Tulsa King" has been renewed for Season 5 at Paramount+, TVLine has learned.

The crime drama starring Sylvester Stallone was re-upped ahead of its Season 4 premiere on Friday, Oct. 16. Scarlet Rose Stallone, who plays Spencer, was promoted to series regular for Season 5. And the series added four new series regulars to its cast: Erik Palladino ("ER"), Glenn Fleshler ("Billions"), Nickola Shreli ("Power Book IV: Force"), and Anthony Skordi ("Law & Order: Organized Crime").

In related news, the Taylor Sheridan series — which filmed its first four seasons in Atlanta — has relocated shooting to New York for Season 5. Production begins today.

"We'll be here for four or five months," Stallone, who also serves as an executive producer on the series, told TVLine during a recent interview.

Even in the upcoming fourth season, Dwight's Big Apple ties will tug on him, showrunner Terence Winter recently told TVLine — particularly in the form of powerful Mafia boss Quiet Ray Renzetti (played by James Russo).

"We come into Season 4 with Quiet Ray and Dwight as antagonistic toward one another as ever... and their rivalry and bitterness heats up considerably as the season progresses," the show boss said. But Dwight better keep his head on a swivel: "His enemies come not only from within the Mob itself," Winter added, "but also the tech and political worlds." (You can watch a teaser trailer for Season 4 here.)

In addition to Sylvester Stallone, Russo, and Scarlet Rose Stallone the "Tulsa King" cast also includes: Dana Delany, Garrett Hedlund, Annabella Sciorra, Neal McDonough, Martin Starr, Chris Caldovino, Frank Grillo, Kevin Pollak, McKenna Quigley Harrington, Vincent Piazza, and Mike "Cash Flo" Walden.

Gretchen Mol ("Boardwalk Empire," "Perry Mason") will join the show as a series regular in Season 4. She'll play Amanda Clark, a politician in Tulsa.
