Days Of Our Lives Snags Two-Season Renewal At Peacock, Keeping It Streaming Through 2028

Peacock just dumped two more years' worth of sand into the hourglass, renewing Days of Our Lives for Seasons 62 and 63, TVLine has learned.

Days of Our Lives, which has already taken home hundreds of Daytime Emmy Awards, is currently nominated for 13 more this year: Outstanding Drama Series, Outstanding Writing and Directing Team for a Drama Series, as well as individual acting nods for Eric Martsolf (Brady Black), Greg Rikaart (Leo Stark), Paul Telfer (Xander Kiriakis), Blake Berris (Everett Lynch), Linsey Godfrey (Sarah Horton), Emily O'Brien (Theresa Donovan), AnnaLynne McCord (Cat Greene), and Ashley Puzemis (Holly Jonas).

The iconic daytime drama originally aired on NBC from November 1965 until September 2022, when it made the unexpected — but apparently fruitful — leap to Peacock. According to data from the streamer, Days has consistently ranked among its top 15 entertainment programs, often cracking the top five.

Days is now one of only five daytime dramas currently airing, along with The Bold and the Beautiful (CBS), General Hospital (ABC), The Young and the Restless (CBS), and newcomer Beyond the Gates (CBS).

New episodes stream Monday through Friday on Peacock. Are you excited to spend (at least) two more seasons in Salem? Drop a comment with your thoughts on all things Days of Our Lives below.
