Ratings: Sunday Night Football Dips With Ravens/Chargers

In the latest TV ratings, NBC Sunday Night Football's broadcast of the Ravens' 20-10 win over the Chargers averaged 13.1 million total viewers and a 3.6 demo rating, down 13% and a tenth from the early numbers for last week's Broncos/Vikings nail-biter.

Over on ABC, AFV (3.7 mil/0.3) dipped from its last fresh outing. Leading out of some Houghs-ian holiday special reruns, The Great Christmas Light Fight opened its new season with 1.7 mil and a 0.2.

The CW's The Chosen (480K/0.0) dropped just a handful of eyeballs into the broken cistern.

Leading out of an NFL-boosted 60 Minutes, this week's Yellowstone twofer did 5.5 mil/0.5 (up week-to-week) and then 3.3 mil/0.2 — pending any adjustments, of course.

Fox's Bob's Burgers (830K/0.2) was pretty steady, whereas Family Guy (850K/0.2) dipped.

The Live+Same Day numbers reported in our ratings column do not reflect a show's overall performance, given the increased use of delayed playback via DVR and streaming platforms, plus out-of-home viewing. These numbers (Nielsen fast nationals, unless denoted as finals) instead aim to simply illustrate trends or superlatives. This is only an exhibition, this is not a competition. Please, no wagering.
