Wednesday Finally Meets Lady Gaga In Season 2 Part 2 — Was Mother Monster's Cameo Worth The Hype?
Lady Gaga makes her long-awaited appearance in Season 2 Part 2 of Netflix's Wednesday, making the the most out of her short time on screen — and we do mean short.
Gaga's character, a controversial (and deceased) Nevermore teacher named Rosaline Rotwood, appears for less than two minutes in Episode 6. At the behest of her beloved Grandmama, Wednesday visits Rosaline's grave in the hopes of restoring her psychic sight and tracking down Tyler's monstrosity of a family.
An ethereal vision in white, Rosaline offers Wednesday the power she seeks, warning her of dire consequences should she remove her hand from atop a magic candle. Wednesday accepts the challenge, unaware that Enid is about to arrive in a panic, inadvertently moving Wednesday's hand in the process.

Sure enough, consequences! Wednesday and Enid are thrust into a full Freaky Friday adventure, as they're forced to navigate life in each other's body until they eventually reach a deep, emotional understanding.
But don't despair, there's more Wednesday content for Little Monsters to enjoy. To celebrate the release of Part 2 on Netflix, Gaga released a new single, "The Dead Dance," accompanied by a Tim Burton-directed music video. Clocking in at four minutes and 45 seconds, the video is actually more than twice as long as Gaga's Wednesday guest spot — which is more accurately classified as a cameo.
Watch the video for "The Dead Dance," which racked up nearly a million views in its first few hours of release, below:
All eight episode of Wednesday Season 2 are now streaming on Netflix, with a third season already ordered. Did Gaga's cameo meet your expectations, or were you hoping she would have a bigger role on the show? Drop a comment with your thoughts below.
